It is with this intention that we have carefully selected this team, making sure that each member carries an ideal balance of warmth, competence and previous experience.
Some slots have yet to be filled, as we are taking our time to ensure that we select only those who are perfect for the position, but rest assured, we will have a full support team ready by the time of the retreat

Ayahuasca Ceremony Guide
Sean West
Sean creates a solid container for deep work, dedicated to empowerment and self-healing. The path he follows is non-adversarial. Whatever presents itself is to be loved, honored, respected and integrated. Sean works with Chakapa, Icaro, Guitar, Quena, Drumwork, Voice and Silence to keep the space grounded but flowing. He uses prayers of gratitude, grounding, offerings and intention to open, hold, and close sacred space.

Ceremony Assistant/Facilitator
EJ Kidd
EJ Kidd is a retreat and ceremony co-facilitator, ceremonial musician, and skillful space holder dedicated to creating joyful, compassionate, and expansive healing environments. With over seven years of study in Classical Tantra (Trika Shaivism) and deep experience in plant ceremonies, EJ brings a rich, intuitive presence to both group and one-on-one spaces.
As a joyful connector and empath, she attunes to what is *alive* and *emergent* in each moment, holding space with presence, warmth, and care. Through meditation, music, and a light-hearted approach, she cultivates loving, transformative spaces that encourage profound healing and self-discovery.

Lead Facilitator
Dr Ryan Lee
Dr Lee has a doctorate in clinical psychology, is a former JW, and has been working with ayahuasca personally and professionally for the past 7 years. He specializes in working with former cult members in the recovery and rebuilding process after leaving a high control group.
In addition to private practice, Ryan hosts a podcast called Welcome to the World tailored specifically for ex-JWs. He is led by an enthusiasm for helping people reach their greatest potential, to cultivate joy, and recognize the profoundly beautiful nature of this life.

Co-Facilitator
Abby Eden Dollahan
Born and raised as a Jehovah’s Witness, she was disfellowshipped at 22 for having a same-sex relationship. Overcome with guilt, she returned to the congregation, only to be shunned again after reinstatement. That experience led her to leave the organization for good and reclaim her authentic self.
A decade later, through her own healing journey with religious trauma and psychedelic therapy, she now helps others cut the cords of religious indoctrination. Working closely with Dr. Ryan Lee as a coach, she supports ex-JWs in navigating the transition out of the organization and into a life of authenticity and freedom.

Facilitator
Lynn Bee
After leaving the the Mormon church at the age of 17, Lynn embarked on a journey of self-discovery. Following extensive yoga teacher training in India, she moved to Peru to immerse herself in the vibrant plant medicine community.
